    Thanks for inviting me to this discussion on a very hot topic relevant to the times we live in. The services industry has undergone a paradigm shift in the way delivery happens ever since the outbreak of the pandemic. As a consequence, some intense efforts have had to be undertaken by the industry to ensure CX remains as seamless as ever, if not better. Technology, people practices, and communication processes have all mattered more than ever before.
